• Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.

3. Non-Refundable Charges
Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if all items from your order are returned.

• If the return is not due to Tvnewsteams’ error, any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
